District Fallen

Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms cover the District Fallen website, browser game and installed web app. “We” means the operator of District Fallen; “you” means the person using the service. Please read these terms before playing or purchasing. They apply to the extent properly brought to your attention and accepted as required by applicable law; merely publishing them does not replace any legally required acceptance step.

Operator disclosure pending: the operator’s legal name and business address have not yet been published. For contact, see Support (officialdistrictfallen@gmail.com).

1. Your legal rights come first

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer, privacy, warranty, withdrawal, refund or payment-dispute right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails. The Purchases & Refunds policy explains purchase remedies; the Privacy Policy explains data processing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the service and enter any purchase contract. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain that permission; permission does not replace any legally required verified-consent process. Purchases must be authorized by the payment account holder.

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. Keep your account and device secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but these terms do not automatically make you liable for every unauthorized use. Do not sell, transfer or share account access in ways that undermine security or others’ rights.

3. Permission to play

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game for non-commercial enjoyment. This is permission to use the service, not ownership of its software, artwork, music, characters or other intellectual property. Rights not expressly granted remain with their owners.

Do not copy or redistribute game assets, impersonate the operator, sell unauthorized game content or use the service commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits the activity. Ordinary gameplay screenshots and recordings do not transfer ownership of the underlying material and must respect third-party rights.

4. Fair use and security

  • Do not cheat, tamper with saves, forge purchases or entitlements, or exploit bugs for unauthorized rewards.
  • Do not access accounts, data, internal tools or server functions without authorization, bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use malicious software, abusive automation or attacks against the game or its providers.
  • Do not impersonate others or use support channels for unlawful, threatening, harassing or fraudulent activity.

This does not restrict security research, interoperability or other activity protected by law. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to officialdistrictfallen@gmail.com; do not expose another person’s information.

5. Optional purchases and virtual items

The game is free to play with optional paid content. The product description and checkout show what is included and the price before you authorize payment. Purchases are linked to the signed-in account used at checkout. In-game coins, cosmetics and other digital items are licensed for use in the game; they are not money, have no cash redemption value and cannot be traded or transferred outside supported game features.

A limited-use license does not remove your rights if paid content is defective, missing or misdescribed. Do not purchase content expecting a financial return. Seasonal content applies to the season identified by its offer; check the offer before purchasing. See Purchases & Refunds for delivery, withdrawal and refund information.

6. Saves, updates and availability

Guest saves and device preferences use browser storage. Signed-in progress can synchronize with your account, but offline use, cleared storage, device faults or service interruptions can affect availability. Do not assume an offline save has synchronized until the game shows it has. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update the game, balance, compatibility and content to maintain or improve it. Changes to paid digital content remain subject to contractual promises and applicable consumer law, including required notice, continued conformity and remedies. These terms do not give us unrestricted permission to remove paid benefits without a remedy. If the service is discontinued, applicable notice and consumer obligations still apply.

7. Testing access

Approved testing or internal access is account-specific, temporary and subject to authorization. Test availability is not purchased ownership, does not guarantee permanent unlocks and may be removed when authorization ends. Real purchases made while testing remain subject to the same purchase terms and legal rights as other purchases. Authorization to use a particular testing tool is not permission to access unrelated tools or accounts.

8. Suspension and ending access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Measures should be proportionate to the issue, with reasons and an opportunity to challenge a decision where appropriate and legally required. Urgent security action may need to come first. Any effect on paid content remains subject to applicable law; an allegation alone does not cancel statutory refund rights.

You may stop playing at any time. Signing out or clearing local storage is not an account-deletion request. Contact availability for account matters and review requests is listed on Support.

9. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, free portions of the service are provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every device. This does not exclude statutory guarantees, promised product characteristics or required standards for paid digital content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused solely by your breach, or business losses from using a service intended for personal enjoyment. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here excuses a failure to exercise a legally required standard of care.

10. Third-party services

Google sign-in, Stripe checkout and your browser or device are supplied by third parties and may have their own terms. We are not responsible for independently operated third-party services to the extent the law permits, but using a provider does not remove our own obligations for the service or content we sell.

11. Disputes and interpretation

You can raise a dispute through Support or by email at officialdistrictfallen@gmail.com. Informal resolution is encouraged, not a prerequisite that removes your right to seek legal remedies. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions or require you to give up courts or regulators available under applicable law.

No exclusive governing country or court is designated while the operator’s location is unconfirmed. Applicable law determines jurisdiction, including mandatory protections available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver.

12. Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. Material changes require reasonable notice and any consent required by law. New terms do not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter completed purchases contrary to law. If you do not agree to a lawful change, you may stop using the service, without losing remedies you already have.
