District Fallen
Purchases & Refunds
Last updated: 12 October 2026
District Fallen is free to play. Optional purchases provide digital content for use in the game. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use and does not limit mandatory consumer or payment-dispute rights.
1. Before you pay
- Sign in to the account that should receive the purchase. Check the product, quantity, season where relevant, currency and final total at checkout.
- Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Any required parent, guardian or payment-holder approval must be obtained before payment.
- Stripe processes checkout. A purchase is not confirmed merely because you open or close checkout; entitlement delivery follows verified payment confirmation.
- Current offers are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Buying a season pass does not automatically purchase future seasons.
2. Digital content and delivery
Purchased content is linked to the account used at checkout. In-game coins and items are licensed for in-game use, are not cash and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred between accounts through an unsupported method. Product descriptions define what you receive; a license does not remove your rights to content that works as described.
Delivery normally follows payment confirmation, but payment review, connectivity or processing delays may affect timing. Keep your receipt. If an item is missing, sign in to the same account, reconnect and reopen the game. Do not purchase again solely to fix a missing delivery.
3. Missing, faulty or incorrect purchases
Non-delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or content that is faulty or not as described may entitle you to a remedy under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, that may include delivery, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. A purchase does not become ineligible for those remedies merely because some content has been used.
Contact officialdistrictfallen@gmail.com with the receipt or transaction reference, approximate purchase time, product and account email. We may need proportionate information to verify the transaction and prevent fraud. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or sign-in codes.
4. Change of mind and withdrawal rights
There is no additional guaranteed change-of-mind refund period stated by this policy. That does not mean “all sales are final”: any withdrawal, cancellation or refund right granted by applicable law remains available.
In the EEA and UK, distance purchases commonly carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of that right requires the legally required express prior consent, acknowledgment of the loss of the right and confirmation of the contract. Simply paying, reading this page or using an item is not treated by this policy as a blanket waiver. We do not rely on a waiver unless the required steps have actually been completed.
Rights for faulty, missing or misdescribed content are separate from change-of-mind withdrawal rights and cannot be removed by an immediate-delivery acknowledgment.
5. What happens after a refund
When a refund or payment reversal is confirmed and reconciled, the related items or coin grant may be revoked or adjusted to reflect that transaction. This must not remove unrelated purchases or limit a statutory remedy. Do not expect to retain benefits from a purchase whose payment has been returned.
Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where possible and legally required. Bank and provider processing can take additional time; we do not promise instant refunds. Any statutory refund deadline still applies. A payment dispute may trigger reconciliation of the associated entitlement, but exercising a lawful dispute right is not itself misconduct.
6. Request availability and payment disputes
There is currently no in-game self-service refund request tool. Refund requests are handled by email at officialdistrictfallen@gmail.com; see Support for what to include. This does not extend legal deadlines, waive rights or require you to wait before using a lawful remedy.
If a charge is unauthorized or you cannot resolve a payment issue, your payment provider or card issuer may offer a dispute process. Applicable deadlines and evidence requirements depend on the provider and local law. Nothing here prevents you from using that process or contacting a consumer-protection authority.
